My Approach

I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a concentration in Forensic Psychology. My work is grounded in both clinical excellence and a deep respect for the complexity of the individual. I have provided individual therapy, group therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments across diverse settings and populations in Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Indiana, Texas, and Colorado.

Formally trained in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, family systems, and integrative approaches, I practice from a highly individualized, client-centered framework. I intentionally integrate evidence-based modalities—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—tailored to each person’s goals, values, and life context. My clinical experience spans the lifespan and includes work in schools, inpatient and hospital settings, community mental health, courts, and correctional systems, offering me a nuanced understanding of both high-functioning and high-stress environments.

Outside of my professional work, I am a mother and a certified yoga instructor. I value physical movement, mindful living, and nourishment as essential components of psychological well-being, and I incorporate a holistic view of wellness into all areas of life and therapy. My practice is designed for individuals seeking thoughtful, confidential, and deeply personalized care
